Happy (Late) National Book Lover’s Day! (I know I’m a little late but hey I still wanted to continue to celebration a day later, with this new post!) During the fall everything seems to slow down a bit. I think we reflect more on things during Fall and Winter than any other time of the year. You maybe asking “why?” Well, the answer is simple, a lot of things change during these seasons and we’re forced to pay attention to what’s going on around us. Contemporary books are the best kind of books for these seasons, though some of us may like reading them in the summer too (trust me I get that).
Here are some contemporary books to end the summer and to start getting into fall. Each one of these books either incorporate the Fall or have quotes that will honestly make you think about these little things we often don’t pay attention to. Also, during this season is when a lot of romance dents to come into play lots of winter weddings and proposals, you will see a few of the books with love as being the main or one of the themes here in my suggestions below.
Fair warning; some of these books may contain expletives so if you are uncomfortable with it or otherwise, I can suggest other books. The books below are a mixture of YA (young adult) and NA (new adult) so the scenarios will vary.
